October & November 2016 empties

I used up a lot over the past 2 months... which is good because I own way too many products. Here is a quick review of everything...

Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Foundation (Porcelain 110)
The shade was too yellow for me and it was less coverage than what I like. I mixed this with other foundations to lighten them.

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation (805 Ivory)
My go-to drugstore foundation. I'm very pale and it is super tough to find a shade light enough....this one works and doesn't oxidize on me. It is full coverage in just one layer and lasts all day on my combo skin. If you are looking for a new foundation, check this one out!

BH Cosmetics Liquid Foundation (Light Olive)
Not a fan of this foundation. The color was way off and it had a weird liquid (oil?) that would separate in the bottle. At first it looked okay on my skin but after a little bit it looked like it was just sitting all cakey on my skin even though I used a buffing brush to apply.

Essence All About Matt Fixing Compact Powder
My go-to powder! I have have been using this consistently for a couple years and have multiple backups in case it gets discontinued. This powder really keeps me matte all day and works great for setting undereye concealer.

Essence Forget It 3-in-1 Concealer  *discontinued*
I'm pretty sure this concealer wheel is discontinued which makes me sad :( The pink shade was great under my eyes and the green worked great on red acne spots. The skin tone shade was too dark so I didn't use it too often.

Good for everyday. Nothing outstanding. The brush provided good separation which I liked. I didn't notice smudging or flaking.

I really liked this mascara and I actually bought it in full size. The brush really does a good job curling your lashes. Plus the packaging is cute ;)

Just average. It was almost dried out when I got it but overall I'm not a big fan of mascara primers.

Can't go wrong with this eyeliner. It is great to use on the lower lash line. I like that it comes in several colors.

Nyx Cream Eyeshadow (18 Silver) *discontinued*
I am sad this is discontinued this as I love a silver lid for an eye look. I hardly hear anyone talk about these but I had these in a couple different colors.

Avon Extra Lasting Lipstick (X202 Forever Burgundy)*reformulated*
Before I discovered Besame Cosmetics, this Avon lipstick (which has now been reformulated) was my go-to red lipstick. There's actually still some left in the tube but it's old and a mess so it was time for it to go.

I love love love this lip primer. I mainly used it when wear red lipstick since that color is usually high maintenance. This primer worked great to keep the lipstick on longer and not feather. I have this in the full size which is almost used up also.

Bare Minerals Multi-Wrinkle Repair
Didn't notice anything special besides that it was moisturizing.

Simple Cleansing Micellar Water
This was my second bottle which I went through both pretty quickly. I like this Simple one but you get double the amount in the Garnier bottle so that is probably what I'll buy from here on out.

Biore Self Heating One Minute Charcoal Mask
Exactly what it claims.....a heat mask. It is actually a really cool feeling. I got two uses out of one pouch (4 pouches in box). My face felt very clean after.

Almay Eye Makeup Remover Pads
I have been using these ever since I started wearing makeup so I've gone through tons of these containers. I will forever use these and I highly recommend them for removing eye makeup.

Cutex Nail Polish Remover Pads
I was impressed by these little guys. The pad is fully drenched in remover. It worked on removing both normal polish and thick layer of glitter.

Up & UP Pomegranate Hand Restore Dish Soap
Cleaning your makeup brushes is very important. This soap works well to cut the grease from cream products....plus it smells good.

Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer
I don't know about you but I hate the feeling of rubbing lotion into my skin.....that is why this spray kind is great! You just spray it on then rub it in which I like a lot better because it is thin and not goopy like traditional lotion. I don't spray tan anymore but this is great to moisturize in the days after a tan to maintain it.

Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant
Spray deodorant is a new concept for me. This one was just okay. I tired it by itself then layered it with a normal stick deo which did work better.

TreSemme Tres Two Extra Hold Aerosol Hairspray
A great hairspray and perfect for traveling. I have purchased several of these over the years.
